A bright apartment full of art awaits you in a Worpswede villa, furnished in midcentury style. A private entrance, terrace and a place by the pool in a green oasis in the middle of Worpswede.
The Worpswede gallery “KannArt” is located directly in the house – let yourself be inspired!
Right in the middle of town on one of Worpswede's oldest streets, you can not only spend the night in peace and style, but also experience art right in our house!
Your hosts Anna and Markus are both artists and entrepreneurs. Her gallery “KannArt” and a studio are located directly in the house. Enjoy a private tour of the gallery or let Anna introduce you to the painting arts. The property is a mature oasis with wonderful tranquility and a place by the pool.
The accommodation and everything around it is deliberately not designed to be “neutral and grey”, but rather with love, creativity and personal impetus, as well as matching the style of the house from the time it was built.
The pool is beautiful, fully functional, clean and lovingly restored. However, the possibility of access and use may be restricted or excluded due to weather, seasonal or technical or private reasons.
The special way to experience Worpswede!
The granny flat is on the first floor of a midcentury villa in Wopswede, with its own entrance and staircase. It is a “real” Airbnb in which the hosts also welcome private guests, individually and high-quality furnished in the style of the 60s. A large bedroom and living room, hallway, shower room and kitchen-living room with large dining table. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2023. Modern kitchen, new bathroom.

The “Haus im Schluh” museum is 200 meters further down the street. All other museums are within walking distance!
Village center
The village center with all the shops and cafes on Bergstrasse is within easy walking distance!
Restaurants & Cafes
The popular restaurant “Das Sonntag” and the famous “Music Hall” are in the immediate vicinity! Other restaurants (e.g. Italian, Greek) too!
Bike rental
There is also a bike shop with bike and e-bike rentals around the corner!
Moor & Moor Express
10 minutes walk to Worpswede train station with a home-style restaurant and “Moorexpress” stop. Another 10 minutes walk and you are almost in the middle of the moor!
