🎨 Participation in the Open Studios Worpswede 2025

July 11 – 13, 2025

We are delighted to announce that we will be participating in the Offene Ateliers Worpswede 2025 this year! This popular art event in the Teufelsmoor region, now in its 20th year, will once again offer art enthusiasts a unique opportunity for discovery, encounters, and artistic exchange from July 11th to 13th .

🌟 Highlight: Art Trail in Schluh

We are particularly proud of our event Kunstpfad im Schluh , a very special route that will transform the historic street Im Schluh into a lively art trail from July 11th to 13th .

  • Starting point is the gallery Altes Rathaus (end of Bergstraße), from there it goes through picturesque workshops and past the idyllic house in Schluh

  • Along the way, visitors can expect spontaneous art events, open-air paintings, performances, sound installations, sculptures and pop-up exhibitions

  • The path ends at the Schluh Gallery , our central meeting point: a place to breathe, talk and exchange – and only a stone's throw away from studios such as those of :D@nny or "Mimis Erbe"

🏡 Local tradition & atmosphere

The art trail leads past Haus im Schluh , an idyllic, thatched farm complex with a museum, hand weaving workshop, and vacation apartments. Founded in 1920 by Martha Vogeler, it is now an integral part of the Worpswede Museum Association. Here, historic buildings, nature, and art merge into an inspiring, holistic experience.

🔗 Why we are involved

The Schluh Art Trail offers us the ideal platform to present art in an extraordinary historical setting and engage in direct dialogue with visitors. It perfectly fits our vision of bringing contemporary art from the gallery directly into the community – through creative environments, nature, and art.

📅 Save the Dates

  • July 11–13, 2025 : Open Studios Worpswede – daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • 11–13 July 2025 : Art Trail in Schluh – open continuously along the historic street Im Schluh
