Galerie Schluh is pleased to announce the upcoming exhibition by renowned Bremen artist Siegmund Schneider. Under the title "Signs of the Times," Schneider presents a selection of his works, reflecting his intense engagement with architecture and sculpture.
Siegmund Schneider, born in Delmenhorst, began drawing and painting at a young age. His studies at the Bremen Academy of Art and Design laid the foundation for his artistic career. His work is characterized by the fusion of painting and drawing, exploring the boundaries between representational and abstract. Form, color, and structure are at the heart of his works. Schneider himself emphasizes: "I don't depict architecture that exists or should exist. My paintings are representational, and they are not, because the subject of painting is always also the exploration of color itself." siegmund-schneider.de
