Our goal: to make the “Wilhelm-Spaethe” piano fully functional so that it can...

The desired tuning of 440 or 432 Hz (Verdi) is great.

Note: The pulling force of the approximately 230 strings of a piano with around 88 keys/tones (7 octaves)

corresponds to the weight of 2-3 elephants, i.e. 12-16,000 kg.

What currently needs to be done: regulate the MECHANICS/clean and replace the DAMPER felts/STRINGS
Remove any film rust, replace/replace loose tuning pegs with 0.25 mm larger ones, etc.
Preparation: piano specialist knowledge (playing mechanism, acoustics, voices, etc.)
